Originally from Brescia, Italy, Executive Chef Roberto Galetti is also the Managing Director & Owner of Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar. He was lured into the culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized at an early age. Chef Roberto went on to perfect his culinary skills at the prestigious Culinary Institute Caterina De Medici in Italy, where he gained knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine to develop his own unique style and flair. In 2003, he moved on to set up his own restaurant in Singapore – Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar, which is now hailed as one of Singapore’s most popular and respected fine-dining restaurant offering a wide selection of authentic Italian cuisine, fine wines and premium cocktails. Maintaining and strictly upholding the restaurant’s commitment to using mostly Italy imported and the best available ingredients, customers can always be assured that authenticity in Garibaldi’s dishes is guaranteed with the utmost effort.
