Located at The Esplanade, Labyrinth is a Michelin-starred restaurant that explores the finest produce sourced in Singapore through a cuisine of stunningly inventive flavour harmonies. Helmed by celebrated Chef Han Li Guang, the dishes of Labyrinth reflects his sensorial expression of his childhood food memories and in-depth understanding of local ingredients and traditional kitchen techniques.

Join us on the evening of 20 August as we indulge in a menu where Chef Han uses 90% locally-sourced produce and weaves in the cultural dimension of story-telling and tradition. The menu will be complemented with sakes from the new premium Sake Brand “DAN”, which was created by Sasaichi Brewery from Yamanashi Prefecture. Made with the best wine-making koji rice and the premium quality soft water from Mount Fuji, it will certainly be a night of fantastic sake-pairing dinner!
