It explores the finest produce sourced in Singapore through a cuisine of stunningly inventive flavour harmonies. Helmed by celebrated Chef-Owner Han Li Guang, the dishes of Labyrinth draw inspiration from childhood memories and an in-depth understanding of local ingredients and traditional kitchen techniques, to bring to the forefront the essential character and nuance of each core flavour.
